Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. This service will be automatically applied at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on external factors:
- Prints on Matte Paper: Generally delivered within 4-6 business days after purchase.
- Prints on Aluminum, Acrylic, Wood, Canvas, etc.: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days after purchase.
- Home Goods (including duvets, rugs, tapestries, etc.): Usually delivered within 2-8 business days.
Tracking and Notifications
You will receive email notifications regarding your shipment and delivery, including tracking numbers, to the email address you provide during checkout.
Shipping Responsibility
- Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by external factors.
- Lost Packages: The carrier is responsible for lost packages. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly.
